Some time ago, I posted a video saying that being a lawyer doesn’t actually make me rich. So why haveI stuck with being a lawyer all these years?
In my opinion, the greatest benefit of being a lawyer is that I can potentially change an ordinary person’s life or the future of an ordinary business through a single case.
An average person or small business owner may only face a few lawsuits in their lifetime, but when they do, the impact on their life is often huge — not just financially, but also psychologically.
Sometimes you don’t lose much money by losing a case, yet some people can never let it go. Winning a case may not bring much money either, but it can change a person’s life and give them tremendous confidence.
Being able to help others through litigation, bring them positive energy, and create such value for them gives me a strong sense of accomplishment.
