EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

This Exclusive Distribution Agreement is entered into by and between the Supplier and the Distributor, granting exclusive sales rights in designated territories.

Article 1 Appointment & Territory

1.1 The Supplier appoints the Distributor as the exclusive distributor of the Products in [Target Country/Region].

Article 2 Minimum Purchase Quota

2.1 The Distributor agrees to achieve annual minimum purchase volume of USD [Amount] to maintain exclusivity.

Article 3 Price & Terms of Supply
