Is a contract valid without signatures in China ? Our common understanding is that a contract becomes binding once both parties sign it. But what if neither party signs the contract? In certain situations, a contract can still be valid even if one or both parties haven’t signed it. For example, suppose two parties negotiate a deal over the phone or via Email, and one party then emails the contract to the other. In this scenario, the receiving party does not sign the contract but instead directly takes delivery of the goods from the sending party.
